FHMS & other neighborhood associations have been working with the City for a number of years to get 
this done - Dr. Nayak - was told receivership

Fence - Costello - several years ago

Up for receivership - judge gave 100 days to sell or tear down

His next court date Aug. 13th

FHMS was going to judge to protest decision - not enough days to safely tear down the property - Zac had 
reached out

Talked sergeant midnight guy - increase patrols Riverside

Increased traffic around Federal Hill Park, Riverside Park - where there are a lot of pedestrians - trying to 
increase proactivity

800 officers short - try to hold it together as best we can

Don’t be afraid to call

Packages - get those in - understand

This is late at night - past was destruction, burglary

Now it’s attacking people and running away

Group going around - bicycles breaking car windows

Juveniles today were all under 10

I would write Councilmember about being able to chase dirt bikes

Believed to be same group of kids - multiple assaults of people

If you see something, call it in - even if preemptively

Violence interruptors are at the Cross St Market - 

they’re supposed to prevent interactions

June Meeting: DOT will come to discuss work with FHMS re: Shofer’s intersection (a main gateway into 

neighborhood) - we requested to work with them also  

●

Jonathan’s working on a similar project for Ostend & Charles 

●

Hank Shore sold for $1 to gentleman who runs My Father’s Plan

David Bramble is donating services to redo the Clearance Center Building

May 21 - we were middleman to coordinate b/t Wayward & middle schools - family-friendly event. Face 
painters, balloon art, end of school celebration, etc.
