These are the approved minutes of the South Baltimore Neighborhood Association general membership meeting.

FHMS & other neighborhood associations have been working with the City for a number of years to get
this done - Dr. Nayak - was told receivership

Up for receivership - judge gave 100 days to sell or tear down

FHMS was going to judge to protest decision - not enough days to safely tear down the property - Zac had

Increased traffic around Federal Hill Park, Riverside Park - where there are a lot of pedestrians - trying to
increase proactivity

800 officers short - try to hold it together as best we can

This is late at night - past was destruction, burglary

Juveniles today were all under 10

June Meeting: DOT will come to discuss work with FHMS re: Shofer’s intersection (a main gateway into
neighborhood) - we requested to work with them also

Jonathan’s working on a similar project for Ostend & Charles

David Bramble is donating services to redo the Clearance Center Building

May 21 - we were middleman to coordinate b/t Wayward & middle schools - family-friendly event. Face
painters, balloon art, end of school celebration, etc.
